Completion & Handover
Upon completion, we notify you of practical completion, marking the final stages of your new build journey. You’ll have the opportunity to inspect the completed work and note any items requiring attention. Once satisfied, we provide a comprehensive handover folder, including warranty details, product care guidelines, and maintenance instructions. As a QBCC-licensed contractor, we also offer the assurance of QBCC Home Warranty Insurance, protecting your project for 6 years and 6 months.
