Scandi Cabins are available in a range of pre-designed layouts, including one- and two-bedroom options, with the flexibility to customise designs to suit your property and lifestyle. On the Sunshine Coast, they are commonly used as granny flats, tiny homes, backyard cabins, or secondary dwellings.

Completion & Handover
Upon completion, we notify you of practical completion, marking the final stages of your new build journey. You’ll have the opportunity to inspect the completed work and note any items requiring attention. Once satisfied, we provide a comprehensive handover folder, including warranty details, product care guidelines, and maintenance instructions. As a QBCC-licensed contractor, we also offer the assurance of QBCC Home Warranty Insurance, protecting your project for 6 years and 6 months.
